Site Description:
Florida Crown Workforce Board provides career exploration, workshops, after school tutoring, counseling, and internships, etc. to youth with disabilities in Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist and Union Counties. Many of our youth live in small rural under-served communities and experience multiple barriers to educational and career opportunities. We have had great success in providing our students with exciting hands-on opportunities to experience educational site visits, including behind the scenes tour of NASA/Kennedy Space Center, meeting with members of the Florida State Legislature, etc.
