Peckham specializes in creating positive change in the lives of people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.  Peckham's clients are a diverse group from many partnering agencies. We offer over 30 different programs and services in community employment, facility-based employment, job readiness and career planning, housing, life skills and youth services. Our mission is to provide a wide range of opportunities to maximize human potential for persons striving for independence and self-sufficiency. We embrace collaboration, effective resource management and innovative approaches to achieve world-class excellence.

Peckham offers programs to assist people with disabilities and other significant barriers to employment. These programs are supported by five affirmative businesses, which provide training and employment opportunities. We offer a wide range of programs to meet the individual needs of each person served. This network of services focuses on job readiness skills, career and labor market exploration, resume development, interviewing, guided job searches, as well as interpersonal and coping skills to enhance job retention. Each program offers vocational development within a highly individualized and supportive setting.
